This notice is for the public website at reoassetflow.com. The REO AssetFlow software and its mobile apps are workplace tools a brokerage issues to its own staff, and they have their own policy: the REO AssetFlow Privacy Policy. The apps carry no advertising or tracking tools.
When you book a demo you give us your name, work email, brokerage and, if you choose, a phone number and a few details about your business. When you join the waitlist you give us your email address. We use these to reply to you, arrange the demo and tell you when REO AssetFlow opens. We do not sell or rent them to anyone.
Like most websites, this one records the pages you view, the site or link that brought you here, your browser and device type, and a rough location taken from your internet address. We use this to see which pages and posts are useful and which advertising works.
Metricool counts visits and where they came from. The Meta Pixel tells Facebook and Instagram that someone visited a page or sent the demo form, so we can measure our advertising there and show our ads to people who have visited this site. These tools may place cookies in your browser. Our fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your internet address in order to deliver them.
We may advertise on Facebook, Instagram and similar services, including to people who have visited this site. You can limit this in your Meta ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences, by blocking cookies or using a tracker blocker in your browser, or through the industry opt-out page at youradchoices.com. The site works the same if you do.
A small number of service providers run the site for us and handle information only to provide their service: Vercel (website hosting and server logs), Supabase (the database that holds demo and waitlist requests, in the United States), Resend (email), Metricool and Meta (described above).
We keep a demo or waitlist request for as long as we are in touch with you about REO AssetFlow, and delete it when you ask us to.
You can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to support@reoassetflow.com. We answer every request.
This is a business website. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If this notice changes in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top of the page.
